Biography
After more than 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, responsible for all aspects of
traditional HR & Communications, I realized that there was a fundamental shift taking place that
would drastically transform the way we organize work and design organizations. After trying and
testing new approaches, researching in the field and developing new thought-models and HR-tools, I
started my own company in 2009 to bring these insights to other organizations!
In the 15 years that followed, I focused my activities on helping organizations in their transition
from ‘pyramid’ (traditional) to ‘pizza’ (agile) organizations. With the concepts of ‘The 12
Ingredients of Agile Organizations’, special attention for Employee Experience Design and Agile
Culture & Leadership, I inspire and help HR, leadership and teams to embrace ‘agile’ and explore the
future of work.
